Industry Minister Balvantsinh Rajput inaugurated a data centre at the Ambaji temple in Banaskantha district. This initiative aims to enhance transparency in processes like fair registration and ‘prasad’ distribution for the lakhs of devotees visiting annually. The data centre will facilitate online services, including ‘prasad’ sales, donations, religious item purchases, service camp access, and vehicle passes.

A tragic collision in Gujarat’s Morbi district claimed four lives, including two students, on Thursday night. The accident, involving a container, truck, and car, occurred on a national highway near Haripar village. Initial reports suggest a container entered from the wrong side, leading to the collision and subsequent fire. Seven others sustained minor injuries and were rescued.
