Progress is being made on Ahmedabad Metro’s Phase III expansion, involving utility relocations for the expansive nearly 60 kilometers that will connect Thaltej Gam, Sanathal, and Badrabad. The project is awaiting final clearance from the Union Cabinet, and a circular line originating from Vadaj has also been sanctioned, marking the first loop metro in Ahmedabad. This extension is anticipated to greatly augment the city’s transportation network.
