Ahmedabad has been declared India’s cleanest city in the one-million population category in Swachh Survekshan 2024-25. An Ahmedabad municipal councillor reported a stabbing incident to the police after her brother confronted a man for allegedly harassing his daughter in Vadaj. The incident escalated when the brother returned to confront the harasser, resulting in a stabbing near the neck.
